TERMS & CONDITIONS

At HBOT Oasis, our terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use HBOT Oasis if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Booking and Cancellation


You can book your appointment online, on the phone, via email, text message or WhatsApp.
We offer flexible booking schedules. If you do not see a convenient time on our online
booking system, please give us a call or send us a message and we will do our best to
accommodate your availability.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours notice.
Please note, that if we do not receive the required notice, we will be unable to issue
a refund for the payment. If you arrive late to your appointment, our staff will determine if there is sufficient time to provide quality service. If they cannot accommodate you, the full appointment
fee will be charged.


Appointments


Following your booking you will receive a short questionnaire to complete. We ask you fill this in and send it to us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so a member of staff could review it in advance of your session. If for any reason you are unable to complete the form online, you could do so in our centre on the day of your appointment. It is your responsibility to inform us if your answers change during the course of a series of treatments.


We recommend aiming to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment is due to start. When you arrive, please ring a door bell and wait for a member of staff to let you in.


Our goal is to see you on time, providing a seamless experience for all clients. There may be some occasions that you may need to wait for your appointment. If this is the case, we kindly ask for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience.


For all clients who are under 16, a parent or a guardian must be present throughout the
duration of their visit. Please enquire if you are booking a session for a young person to
discuss the treatment. We ask our clients to follow instructions provided by our staff.


If you attend HBOT, we will provide you with an oxygen mask. We ask that you keep it and bring it to your next session. Otherwise, you will be charged £5 for a replacement. It is safe to reuse your own oxygen mask. By doing so, we can keep our costs low and reduce our carbon footprint, helping to protect the environment. Please keep your mask safe in a bag provided. If for any reason your mask gets damaged, please ask for replacement.

Payment


Our prices for individual sessions and packages are available on our website. We ask
clients to pay in advance for their sessions. This helps us ensure that all appointments are confirmed and that our schedule runs smoothly. If you prefer to pay by cash or via bank transfer, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.


Our packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose not to continue with your treatment, you will not receive a refund for any unused sessions. Please be aware that our packages have different expiry date as detailed on our website.

We offer a variety of gift cards that are perfect for treating someone or celebrating a special occasion. Please note that these cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each gift card is valid for a fixed term period, so be sure to use it within the designated timeframe. 


Safety


If you suffer with cold or flu symptoms or other transmittable infection, please re-schedule your session. We would like to prevent cross contamination to protect other clients and staff.
Smoking or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited at our premises. We however have
a designated outdoor smoking area near the back entrance.


If you are attending Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment and have a medical device which is
battery operated such as a hearing aid, please check with manufacturer or your doctor if it can be taken to an hyperbaric oxygen chamber. You must not take any flammable materials such as matches, vapes or lighters to the chamber due to potential increased risk of flammability. Any sharp objects or electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablets are also not permitted inside the chamber.


In the unlikely risk of fire, you are required to leave the premises immediately to the
assembly point located in the car park. If you are in the HBOT chamber at the time the fire alarm sounds, a staff member will depressurise the chamber to allow safe evacuation.


It is your responsibility to establish whether a treatment is suitable for you considering your health, any current conditions and contraindications. We advise to consult your GP or a medical professional if in any doubt about suitability of the treatment, especially if you have a medical condition or are receiving medication that may interfere with the treatment.
